Over the course of 12 weeks together, I'll take you by the hand and show you how to prioritize yourself, organize your life, and clear your mind in a way that leaves you feeling motivated, aligned, and confident.

By coaching you through my signature 5-step path to self-importance & inner peace framework, you’ll learn everything you need to live your life free from worry, stress, and anxiety!

Step 1 | All about balance, baby!

Get clarity on where you’re currently experiencing an imbalance in your schedule and life, so you can achieve balance and increased energy.

Step 2 | Values are e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-ng

Identify your core personal values so you can align your behaviors and actions with them. You’ll live more intentionally and ultimately be happier and more fulfilled with the person you are becoming

Step 3 | Courageous communication

Learn how to communicate confidently and effectively, to get what you need while maintaining healthy relationships. You’ll speak your truth with grace & ease.

Step 4 | Badass boundary babe

Recognize what boundaries are most important to you and how to set them with people in a way that feels good to you, empowers you, and also creates mutual respect with others.

Step 5 | Always be your own Queen B

Redefine how you view and speak to yourself so you feel empowered to show up confidently, hold yourself accountable, and deeply love who you are.

Prior to joining the SFY program I was living an unorganized & stressed-out life. I was flying by the seat of my pants, always rushing or late, and scattered on the day-to-day. I felt I had no stability, motivation or consistency. This was impacting my self-worth, my relationships with others, and led to poor coping skills with my depression and anxiety. I was letting things build up until I couldn't bare it anymore which left me feeling defeated.

Now I feel like I have the confidence to show up for myself & my dog. My goals are aligned with what works best for me, I am cooking home meals which is crazy different from before SFY. I am more mindful of my coping habits and have a nice routine that makes me feel more peaceful.

I feel capable & confident to speak my needs & boundaries. Having Brittany’s help to get organized has created MORE time in my life to do the things I desire. This course has shifted my mindset in a way I didn't realize was possible.
