The Vibe
The SoYo movement combines yoga, somatic embodiment, and self expressive movement as a way to release any stuck energy and tension being held and stored within your body. It invites therapeutic self expression to let go of heavy emotions & ultimately learning how to listen to your body, feel confident & sexy within and help you release what is holding you down.
This is a new way to work with inner turmoil, grief, and trauma that isn’t talk therapy or meditation (even though we support those tools too) and this is not about forcing your body to remain still.
Start small, start simple
How does practicing SoYo work? We first begin with practicing 1-1 body awareness and beginner yoga. Once a relationship is established and we identify the places in your body that need tending then add self expressive movement, somatic touch, and breath, and the magic begins!
